They organized a safari in the Masai Mara for my family of four, and everything was fantastic: fast and comprehensive communication, personalized service, and punctuality. We had a jeep and driver at our disposal for the safari – we traveled to amazing places and stopped wherever and whenever we wanted. Marco chose the wonderful Oloshaiki Camp for us – a perfect location, with incredibly friendly staff, spacious tents, and delicious food. They even organized a birthday party for our son 🙂

Unforgettable Safari experience thanks to Mathias!! Marco from Marco Polo Safari helped us book an amazing safari experience to Tsavo Park East, we got a private car for the 3 of us at a great price. I cannot say enough about our amazing tour guide Mathias, it would have been an incredible experience regardless, but he took it to the next level. Very kind, friendly, treated us like family and was extremely knowledgeable! He shared a lot of information about Kenya, history, geography, current events, nature . And a true expert on all things in Tsavo Park! With decades of experience, he knew all the animal hotspots, He showed us the big five and more!! Car was very comfortable, and the camp we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. At the end of the trip he offered to take us to a Maasai village, where we got a tour of their homes, village, and were treated to a traditional dance. On my next trip to Diani, we will be using Marco Polo to book more excursions and personally requesting Mathias to get some time with this incredible man!! Unforgettable Tsavo and Amboseli Safari with Phenomenal Amos and Marco Polo! Our safari trip to Tsavo West, Amboseli and Tsavo East National Parks was absolutely fantastic! Professional travel agency We booked a 1-day safari. First good impression. Our driver was there before time and handed over some cool water bottles. Since there were two of us with Amos, we had the pleasure of a private safari. Other providers cancel here partly with too few participants.As it turned out later, our driver Amos was really great. Not only did he track down and expertly describe more animals during the safari, he was also there when our vehicle had a flat tire and was able to repair it expertly and quickly. In the meantime, we spoke on the phone with Marco, who, as the head of the travel agency, proactively inquired about our well-being and apologized for the inconvenience. Very well done!All around a nice day with good experiences.

Safari with Marco Polo Kenya Marco was amazing in dealing with us pre safari, service was outstanding, Bonnie our safari guide was superb. They made our trip which had a few hick ups, not of their doing, not upset our experience of the safari which was amazing, we saw so much game because of Bonnie's knowledge.
