AMAZING SAFARI WITH MARCO POLO!! Our safari with Marco Polo in Diani was an amazing experience! The safari in Tsavo was absolutely fantastic we saw so many wild animals in their natural habitat. The trip was well-organized, and we felt completely at ease.

Bonface, our guide, was truly a gem of a person! He took his time to show us everything and made sure we got a good view of the wildlife. His knowledge of nature and the animals in Tsavo is impressive, and he shared interesting information in a way that was easy to understand.

What I particularly appreciated was that Bonface always made clear agreements about where and when we would stop, so everyone could fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. It wasn’t just a safari, but also an informative and relaxed experience where you really got the sense of understanding nature better.

All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the wildlife and nature of Kenya!

Sensational Safari! Just returned from 3 day safari in Tsavo East/West. This was booked as a "special" holiday for my 50th but had to be postponed for 3 yrs due to Pandemic. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.
Truely wonderful time, the hotels were top notch (Anil, and Saltlick) and food delicious. The animals were amazing - getting up close and personal to a pride of Lionesses was a highlight as was virtually sharing the waterhole at Saltlick with a buffalo (watched from the viewing tunnel).
But it was Michael, our driver, who made the trip truely special, he was both knowledgeable and super company, we would have happily stayed for another 3 days. Thank you Marco & Michael, I hope we can return soon for some rhino spotting!

We had an 11 day safari with Marco Polo safaris and it was the best experience. I enquired with many companies before travelling and Marco was great at replying and giving advice on the best way to do such a long safari which included an internal flight and a hot air balloon trip. There is always a worry about making payments in advance but that's where trust is essential and I would not hesitate to use Marco again or to recommend him and his company to anyone. He even booked and arranged our hotel at Diani beach which saved us time and effort. We had 2 drivers for our Safari. Michaeal Kimeu took us on the first half and he was just the best. Michael was a careful and considerate driver, had a great, genuine personality and did everything he could to get us to see the animals. Boniface (Bonnie) was our second driver and he was equally good. He took us to all the beautiful spots and managed to get us to see some amazing sites of lions straight after a kill (not for the faint hearted!). As I said before, I would definitely recommend Marco Polo safaris and I hope you get to see all of the things we saw plus more.

Absolutely unforgettable: Amboseli, Tsavo West, Tsavo East - fully recommended We loved our 4-day tour through Amboseli National Park, Tsavo West and Tsavo East! The tour was simply outstanding and the absolute highlight of our entire trip to Kenya.

A grand part of this amazing experience was thanks to our fantastic tour guide and driver, Bonface. He always picked us up punctually, he was incredibly attentive to all our needs, and had an impressively sharp eye for wildlife. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five. He also brought his own binoculars, which made the sightings even more special. His knowledge, calm driving style, and genuine passion for what he does made us feel safe, relaxed, and perfectly taken care of throughout the whole journey. Thank you so much, dear Bonface!

Pack extra water for the “all inclusive resort” Our safari guide was fantastic- so knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping our kids engaged in the safari in the (very few) moments when we weren’t seeing any animals. He also made sure we had lots of cold bottled water, which was especially appreciated because the “all-inclusive” accommodations we stayed at only gave us 1.5 L of drinking/potable water for our family of 4 for the day and wanted to charge us extra for any additional water. Our accommodation was otherwise good- delicious food, clean/comfy beds, a small swimming pool to splash in, and lots of wildlife nearby/in the resort to admire. Overall a great trip and we would definitely book with Marco Polo Safaris again!
